AnimArts's Terms of Service

IntroductionWelcome to AnimArts! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://animarts.net (the "AnimArts") and the services provided by Aryan, founder of AnimArts.Art Commissions, VTuber Models, and Graphics Work*By engaging in art commissions, Live2D VTuber models, or other graphics and animation work, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your requirements.GENERAL1. Pricing:
Prices are subject to change based on demand.2. Reposting:
You may repost my works with proper credit.3. Ownership:
I retain the right to post commissioned work on social media or elsewhere unless otherwise discussed.4. Sketch Phase:
The sketch phase is for your feedback. Don't hesitate to request changes in expressions, details, pose, etc.PAYMENTS1. Complex Characters:
I reserve the right to charge extra for extremely detailed characters, stated before payment.2. Payment Options:
Commissions can be paid 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval. VTuber models can be paid in installments - consult with me.

Payment details and terms will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of any work.

Intellectual PropertyUpon completion of the work and receipt of full payment, the client has the right to use the commissioned work for personal or commercial purposes. AnimArts retains the right to display the work in a portfolio or for self-promotion.

REVISIONS1. Sketching:
Changes during the sketch phase are free.2. Final Drawing Changes:
A fee applies for changes on the final drawing unless there's a misunderstanding from my side.3. Changes to Approved Drawing:
Changing a previously approved drawing incurs a fee based on the requested change.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY1. Setting Deadlines:
You may set a reasonable deadline. Completion time varies (2 weeks to 2 months).2. Delivery:
Receive the separated model .PSD and/or .moc3 file upon completion.3. Status Updates:
Check my To-Do List for status updates.REFUNDS1. Refundable Stages:
- Not Started: 100% Refund
- Sketch: 50% Refund + Sketch sent
- Line Art: 30% Refund
